LIVE SCAN POLICY The safety of our participants shall always be our primary goal! TABB has adopted a MANDATORY background check policy that will be conducted through the California Department of Justice. Formal background checks, via the "LIVESCAN" System, are administered by Safe and Secure, located in Torrance. The nominal cost for this service is $19.00. ALL managers, coaches, and board members, as well as anyone else having contact with the players must participate in this program. All managers MUST BE cleared by Live Scan no later than their first official practice and all other volunteers MUST BE cleared by Opening Day.
