Important info for Saturday, February 20th

Dear TABB Families,

Thank you so much for your continued patience as we navigate the logistics surrounding Saturday.

Naturally, this year will look different than years past beginning with one gate being utilized for entry, and one gate being utilized for exit.

Player drop off/check in will take place at Gate #2 on the below map (alleyway located at 23077 Doris Way  - at the corner of Doris Way, and Carol Dr.) Player exit will take place at Gate #4 on the below map (alleyway located at 23009 Doris Way - at the corner of Doris Way, and Sharynne Ln.) Please be mindful of our neighbors as you are parking in the residential area and walking into and out of the facility.

We will be limiting the number of kids on the field at any given time, so each division is broken up into groups. Please click on the links below to find your child's group and check in time. These groups/times will be posted on the website as well.


***Face masks and temperature checks will be required for all participants and parents entering the facility***

Due to time constraints, please arrive at your designated check in time, as late arrivals may not be accommodated.

At check in, you and your child will be screened upon entry into the facility, and will be instructed to go to their designated warm up field where they will hang their bag and sanitize their hands prior to and after warming up. Parents will be required to remain off the field but will be allowed to watch from beyond the outfield gates. To avoid congregating, the bleachers adjacent to the snack bar will be off limits.

In order to keep people moving throughout the facility and minimizing the number of people on site, we are asking you to please exit the facility immediately following your child's tryout.
