Game Day Duties

ALL duties must be completed!

• Prepare the Field:
• All Divisions: 
• Drag and water the field 
• Sweep the turf 
• Chalk the lines
• Set out the bases
• Shetland Only - Install the Blue Flame Pitching Machine
• Pinto Only - Set up the Portable Pitching Mound
• Bronco and Mustang -Uncover the Portable Pitching Mound

• Prepare the Facility 
• Unlock all dugout gates
• Unlock and set up restrooms 
• Restock paper items and soaps 
• Insert trash can liners 
• Set up trash cans 
• Insert liners and place cans by both dugouts, behind home plate backstop and out by the outfield bleachers. There should be a total of 5 per field if using the Mustang or Bronco Fields

• Other (Pinto -Bronco Only)
• Provide game balls 
• Bronco - 3 game balls; Mustang & Pinto - 2 game balls 
• Maintain the Official Scorebook through GameChanger.
• Run the scoreboard for the game. 

• Break Down Field 
• All Divisions and Games
• Drag the field and sweep the turf 
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Clear trash from dugout
• If Last Game:
• All Divisions:
• Water the field 
• Return trash cans to the closet between the restrooms. Trash cans should be located by both dugouts, behind home plate backstop and out by the outfield bleachers. There should be a total of 5 per field if using the Mustang or Bronco Fields
• Return bases to shed 
• Lock all dugout gates, restrooms and sheds
• Check with Snack Bar to see if they need assistance in closing. 
• Lock Parking Lot Gates 
• Pinto Only - Return Portable Pitching mound to shed 
• Bronco & Mustang - Cover Pitching mound with tarp 

• Other (Pinto - Bronco Only)
• Maintain the Official Pitch Count using TABB pitch count card. Cards must be signed by both managers!
