Home Team Duties

Pinto Field Unlock shed
Mustang & Bronco Field Unlock all dugout gates Water the field
•Drag it if it was not done the previous day Sweep the turf (if needed) Set out the bases Chalk the lines Shetland Install the Blue Flame Pitching Machine
Pinto Set up the Portable Pitching Mound
Mustang & Bronco Uncover the Portable Pitching Mound Put trash bag liners in trash cans and set trash cans out by both dugouts, behind home plate backstop and out by the outfield bleachers (There should be a total of 5 per field if using the Mustang or Bronco Fields) Team Mom/Manager provide the game balls and give to the umpires or place in ball holder

Bronco 3 game balls Pinto - Bronco Maintain the Official Scorebook on your team's GameChanger. Run the scoreboard for the game

Away Team Duties

Pinto - Bronco Maintain the Official Pitch Count Unlock and set-up the restrooms prior to game time; restock any necessary items
•Bathroom supplies are in the Snack Bar Office
•This applies to any team playing on the Bronco or Mustang fields Drag the field and sweep the turf after the game Pinto - Bronco Text a photo of the Pitch Count card to Shannon Eddings at 310-251-0643 During the game, check restrooms to see if they need to be restocked
•Bathroom supplies are in the Snack Bar Office

If last game of the day

Put bases back in sheds & plug holes Water the field Pinto Field Return the Portable Pitching Mound to the shed
Mustang & Bronco Field Cover the Pitching Mound with tarp Take trash bag liners out of trash cans (including the restrooms)
•Throw them away in dumpsters located by the manager parking lot
•Return trash cans to the closet located in between the restrooms Before leaving, check with the Snack Bar Director to see if she/he needs you to stay until she/he is done cleaning and closing up the Snack Bar. Pinto Lock shed
Mustang & Bronco Lock all dugout gates and restrooms Lock parking lot gates
