Happy New Year TABB Families!

We hope you’re as excited as we are to kick off the 2026 spring season! Thank you for registering; we can't wait to dive into more amazing baseball with all of you this year.

As we look forward to a busy January, we want to highlight a few important details about the upcoming player evaluations:

What to Know


Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in at the registration tables. You will receive a number to wear on the back of your shirt, which helps our coaches during evaluations.


What to Wear: cleats, baseball pants, shirt, baseball hat

What to Bring: bat (USA bats only), glove, helmet, batting gloves (optional)


What to Expect:

Once you check in, please wait in the bleachers until the coach calls your group. You will then head out to the field and place your gear along the right field foul fence.

Parents, we encourage you to stay and watch the tryouts! Please remember to stay outside the field of play to allow our coaches to evaluate players effectively.

The tryout itself will take about 50 minutes and will include:

  • A brief warm-up and catch play
  • Defensive evaluation
  • Offensive evaluation


Snack Shack will be open serving hot dogs, drinks and snacks


Gear Garage Sale: has your kid outgrown their gear? Bring gently used bats, gloves, backpacks and more to evals. We're collecting donations for a garage sale.


Drafts for Each Division:

Drafts will take place from January 13-15, and you will receive notification from your coaches following the draft night.


We’re looking forward to a fantastic season ahead and can't wait to see everyone at tryouts!


If you cannot make your time, there are two options:

  • Option 1: Come at an alternate time during your division’s evaluation timeframe (i.e. if your player is in Pinto, you can show up anytime between 12:30 – 3p)
  • Option 2: Film a video of your player and upload HERE
  • What to film:
  • 3x ground balls with throws
  • 3x fly balls
  • 3x hitting off tee or pitch (film facing player, not from behind)
  • 1x running (i.e. distance from home to 1st)
  • Add the file to the division appropriate folder
  • Rename the file with your player’s division and name (i.e. Pinto_Joe Smith)



LiveScan Onsite January 10th

Safe and Secure will be present at Evaluations to complete LiveScans. All managers, coaches, board members and anyone else having contact with the players at practice or during games must have a LiveScan completed. 

All managers MUST BE cleared by Live Scan no later than their first official practice and all other volunteers MUST BE cleared by Opening Day. The cost for this service is $20.00 (cash/Zelle)/$21.00 (charge).
